How to Order Hardcopies

How to Order Hardcopies and the Payment Information

<How to Order>

  1. (1) You can order Hardcopies* by Contact Us Form. Complete Your Information** in the “Questions or Comments" Field of the Form.
    * The Hardcopies available from outside of Japan is in the Publication Page.
    ** Your Information must be completed as below. Otherwise, your order will not be proceeded.

  2. 　　・Title of the Hardcopies
  3. 　　・Quantity of the Hardcopies
  4. 　　・Telephone Number
  5. 　　・Shipping Address which must include Street, City, State/Province, Country, Zip/Postal Code

  7. (2) Upon receipt of the Form, CISTEC will issue and send an invoice to your e-mail address you filled in the Contact Us Form.
  8. (3) Make the payment in Japanese-Yen by wire transfer shown in the invoice.
  9. (4) Upon receipt of the payment, your order will be immediately processed and delivered. Your order will be delivered via Express Mail Service (EMS). If EMS is not available, Air Mail or FedEx (International Parcel Delivery Service) will be arranged as the parcel delivery services.

  1. (1) Shipping Cost: Shipping cost varies depending on destination.
  2. (2) Bank Handling Charge (Charges due to bank transfer in Japan): Please be aware that you must bear the transaction fee when making remittance via bank transfer. 　　　
    　

    Shipping Cost and Bank Handling Charge Breakdown will be shown as “Handling Fee” in the invoice*.

    　* PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TOTAL PAYMENT IN THE INVOICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REMITTANCE CHARGE FOR WIRE TRANSFER THAT YOU MUST BEAR WHEN MAKING THE REMITTANCE VIA YOUR BANK TRANSFER.
    WE CISTEC CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGE OF YOUR BANK WIRE TRANSFER BECAUSE THE CHARGE VARIES DEPENDING ON BANKS IN YOUR COUNTRY.

    　*YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL CISTEC HAS RECEIVED THE ALL PAYMENT INCLUDING SHIPPING COST, BANK HANDLING CHARGE and REMITTANCE CHARGE FOR WIRE TRANSFER.


<Delivery Date>

Days Required for Delivery varies depending on destination and delivery services.

But the estimated delivery date will be shown in the invoice.


<Payment>

Please make the payment in Japanese-Yen by wire transfer to a designated account shown in the invoice from CISETC.


<Return Policy>

There is no return policy except item damage or wrong item shipped.
